Finals at the Club have
traditionally been played on the first weekend in September. It is
not known what the procedure was in the earlier years, but in recent
times the Men's Finals were always played on the First Saturday or
Sunday in September. The Ladies' also had a Finals Day, but there
is no record to indicate when the Ladies & Men decided to join together
to have the Finals played over the two days in September.
Records of Finals go right
back to 1909 for Men & 1947 for Ladies. However, the recording of
the results before 1947 was very patchy so the Finals are only available
here from that date.

Records' and following the links.
Unfortunately there are some
gaps in the results, and it is hoped that these missing entries can be
filled at some stage - research continues.
During research on this
information there have arisen some 'peculiarities'.
